Q1. How long will it take to full charge a phone?

A: Such a 21w foldable solar panel charger is without battery inside to store power to realize real safe and environment use. Its working way is converting sunlight to power to charge the phone. So the output power is totally decided by sunlight intension. Stronger sunlight, quicker charging; weaker sunlight, slower charging or even no charging. The maximum output current can be 2.1A from the USB ports. If sunshine is strong enough and the charged phone can get ideal charging current, the charging speed can be near via the AC adapter.

Q2. Why there is no right cable for the devices?

A: The package for the 21w foldable solar panel charger includes a 30cm micro 5pin USB charging cable, which is compatible for general 5V digital devices. Thus if charging phone / iPhone / ipad / tablets, we suggest to use its original USB charging cable to ensure better charging.

Q3. Can it really charge iPhone, since it will show "accessory is not supported".

A: Yes, this 21w foldable solar panel charger can really charge iPhone. Because iPhone itself is with security charging system, when sunshine is weak and output current from the foldable solar panel charger is too small, it will show "accessory is not supported". Pull down the charging cable and reconnect it with the foldable solar panel charger under strong sunshine, the charging will resume.

Q4. Can it charge laptop or power station?

A: No. It can not charge laptop or a power station. This 21w foldable solar panel charger is USB 5V out. It can only charge a 5V USB supported device.

Q5. Can the two USB ports work together?

A: Yes, the two USB out ports on the 21w foldable solar panel charger can work at the same time. But if sunshine is not strong enough, we suggest to only use one to ensure the better charging.

Q6. How is about the MOQ? Do you accept the small order?
